Does 500g fishes for an aquaponics setup seem average? Can this be
increased to accomodate larger varieties, besides tunas, catfish,
shrimps and such?

For instance: lobsters, crabs, salmon, carp, trout and mullets. Shark
fins, anyone? :)

Here are some growth lengths:
Salmon - 50 to 120cm
Brown trout - 15 to 30cm
Pike - 40 to 100cm
Chub - 30 to 60cm
Barbel - 30 to 75cm
Perch - 15 to 30cm
Arctic char - 25 to 40cm
Roach - 15 to 30cm
Grayling - 25 to 50cm
Bleak - 10 to 20cm

Most fish is farmed in fresh water, then they are transfered to seawater
after a certain length. Can I breed the fishes to full length (maturity)
all in freshwater?

Best Regards,
Crystal.
