Still havent heard from anyone on this.. Adriana, was it you who had
suggested some companies where you got your trays? I am also wondering,
a while back you offered our friends in Central America the chance to
visit your setup. I am planning to be in the Florida area in the latter
part of this year, and realise there are a few of you there.
Does this offer extend to us here from the Caribbean? :)
Is there someone else too on the list who could find a few minutes to
give me a tour of the setup and compare notes??

Hi Mike,
The place that I know provides plastic clamshells for berries, cherry
tomatoes, etc. is Monte Packaging in Michigan. Their web site is
http://www.montepkg.com/. They also have every type of produce box and
carton under the sun. I could not get a price locally for less than
truckload quantities.
As to a visit, send me an e-mail and we can arrange it.
