I came across this site which de-mystifies the neem concentration

issues:

The Hawaiian supplier I had been in contact with provides a product

which is 1500ppm azadiractin, (.15%).  Rym from India provides

formulations as high as 50,000 ppm and also sells the extracts.  I've

requested additional information and will keep you posted.
