I am not sure how to take this response - It appears to be a search
engine.
I just would like to let you know that I have not contacted you without
doing my homwork or due diligence on the topic, although I am at the
beginning of my research to determine if what I want to do is viable and
very much at the early learning stage. Besides attending a few
small/local conferences and trying to get my hands on any written
material, I have been doing extensive internet searches on this topic
and this is the best site I have come across to get 'hands on'
information. I was hoping that you might be able to help me or direct me
to a similar list.
Thanks in advance.

Yes they did help. I bumped into them a while ago. There is very good
information there. Thank you.

Hi Paula,
Would you mind if I put in a kind word for Mr. Douglas Drenner 'at' Aqua Sales?
This gentleman was so very kind in helping me with a heater. The heater went
bad and he & his staff were so incredibly helpful. His correspondence was
incredible and I was never "left in the dark" as to what was going on. I
would like, VERY MUCH, to recommend him to aquaponics list subscribers.
Also the company who made the heater, I believe it is CLEPCO. (I will find
out for sure.) They were very, very helpful. They not only replaced the
defective part, they replaced and updated the entire heater. Didn't cost me
a dime. Wonderful People.
Thanks
Steve

Hi Marc,
I almost had the same experience. We just got our greenhouse set up and that
night we had 50-60+ mph winds. (We have terrible winds in Wisconsin.) I was
in the greenhouse when this storm hit and it was terrible. The greenhouse
stood just fine.
Now, I'm a very, very newbie with greenhouses, but I did a lot of research
before I bought mine. Mine is a 12 X 20 X 9 hoop house. Total cost with
lumber for foundation, etc. was less than $1,000. It is,obviously, very
strong.
I only post this for information. If anyone is interested, I would be happy
to share the source.
(My heart goes out to you. I know what I felt like that night (I just knew
it was going to be blown away!) and I know what I felt like when all was
still standing.)
Take care Pal
.Steve

Hi Kris,
We're in Fowler!!!
No, we got the greenhouse put up last March and the next day
had one of our horrible winds that ripped the cover off. We
were so discouraged we haven't gotten it rebuilt and started
yet. We visited Tom and Paula's in Missouri and really want
to get it going here. How about you?
You can see pictures on our web site under aquaponics:
